SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Poppetino, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping rules and guidelines:

1. Processing Time:

  • Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Timeframe:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the UK and 2-3 business days for delivery to Ireland once the item has been shipped.

  • All items are fully trackable 

3. Customs and Duties:​

  • For orders shipped to Ireland with a value exceeding €150, customs charges will apply and are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid exceeding this threshold, we recommend making separate purchases.

  • All purchases made from Ireland are subject to 23% VAT which Poppetino will cover the cost of prior to posting so there should be no further costs on delivery. 

4. Carrier Responsibility:

  • Once the carrier takes possession of the parcel, the care of the package falls under their responsibility.

  • Any items lost or damaged in the care of the carrier must be addressed directly with them. Poppetino is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during transit with the carrier.

5. Shipping Updates:

  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

6. Shipping Exceptions:

  • Please note that there may be exceptions to the shipping rules during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the standard shipping procedures will be communicated promptly.

7. Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Poppetino is not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details.

8. Shipping Regions: 

  • We currently only ship to Ireland and the UK however we hope to expand in the future.

8. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4 for orders within the UK and £5 for orders in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Poppetino, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Returns for Unused and Unworn Items:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unworn items within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Faulty Items:

All items undergo rigorous quality checks during production. However, if you happen to receive a faulty item, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange, and we will cover the cost of shipping.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@poppetino.com. Provide your order details and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

4. Rejection of Non-Compliant Items:

Poppetino reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy. Items that have been used or worn out will not be accepted for return.

5. Returns for Non-Faulty Items:

If customers wish to return an item that is not faulty, they are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send the item back to our address within 14 days of purchase.

6. Time Frame for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and packaging.

7. Customer Provides Return Shipping:

We don't currently offer free returns and therefor customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-faulty items.
