We want to ensure that both you and your furry friend are satisfied with your purchase, so if the product you ordered doesn't fit your dog, you can absolutely return or exchange it. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. We ask that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or help you find the right size for your pet. Please do note however, that we do not currently cover the cost of returns and this cost lies in the hands of the customer. Customs charges are applicable to all customers in Ireland on orders exceeding the €150 threshold. We hope to set up fulfilment and distribution in Ireland soon, however until we do we recommend making separate purchases to avoid these charges when purchasing more than one product.

All purchases made from Ireland are subject to 23% VAT which Poppetino will cover the cost of prior to posting so no, there shouldn't be any other charges incurred on delivery.
